| To support the continued growth of a succesful Business Travel company, this newly created role requires a key focus on Implementation Project Management and will therefore require an understanding of all areas of travel and a proven track record in successfully implementing projects. Key Objectives: · Implementation of ‘New / Existing Clients’ · Process & Operational Development Support · Support services to our businesses · Compliance Working closely with all members of the Operations Management Team, Account & Sales Teams to identify, implement and co-ordinate initiatives designed to develop the quality of services to clients and the achievement of our financial and business targets for the operation. Essentially you will have the following skills: · Experience of the travel industry ideally in a Business Travel Environment · A proven track record of successfully delivering projects · Ability to work using own initiative and as part of a team · Ability to multi-skill and work on various projects at a time · Eye for detail and importance of presentation · Target and deadline driven · Excellent organisation and co-ordination skills · Analytical and imaginative approach to identifying process improvements · Excellent communication skills both verbal and written |
