This international travel company requires an experienced Call Centre Operations Manager to oversee the running of a large call centre in southern Spain.
In a role that is part strategic, part hands-on, you will establish best practice across all operational areas of the call centre, implementing new ideas to create a culture of continuous improvement. You will be responsible for assessing and analysing training needs, delivering exceptional sales results against budgets and acting as a change enabler in delivering exceptional customer service.
All applicants must be able to demonstrate extensive operations experience within a large Call Centre, budget planning and P&L experience, and extensive people-management skills.
Based in Malaga, this exciting role offers a salary equivalent to around £45,000 and benefits including relocation assistance.
