In partnership with Travel World Selection, American Express is searching for travel industry professionals to join their Birmingham City Centre location in the role of Corporate Travel Counsellors. Successful candidates will be educated to GCSE level in English and Maths, possess a travel industry qualification - preferably Fares & Ticketing level I & II and/or an airline CRS. Most importantly you will possess a proven working history in either Business or Leisure Travel selling air, car hire, hotel, rail and ferry reservations. The role will require you to work in a fast paced environment, acting as primary contact for business professionals handling all incoming service requests, completing travel reservations accurately and efficiently.
