A leading luxury tour operator are currently recruiting for an ambitious and enthusiastic Sports Travel Consultant. This is an in depth role where duties will include researching events, contracting flights, accommodation, match tickets and special events. The role will also involve some overseas travel where you will act as a Tour Manager for selected events and programmes.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills both written and verbally, good numerical skills and a positive and helpful attitude. Knowledge of in house reservations systems and Amadeus would be an advantage although not essential.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive travel consultant who wants something different to just sales.
