This leading worldwide tour operator seeking an experienced Travel Training Manager to inspire, motivate, manage and develop their in-house training team. If you have the ideas and creativity to do something different and create an award winning training programme that generates a buzz in the industry, then this is the opportunity for you.
This exciting role involves the design and delivery of structured training to new starters and existing staff, in all aspects of the business from CRS and reservations systems to product and sales techniques. You will be responsible for researching, writing and delivering training programmes, with a particular focus on IT systems training. You will also be responsible for managing and motivating a team of trainers and working closely with the directors to develop a training strategy that takes the business to the next level.
Candidates must have a travel training background, with experience designing IT training programmes, preferably in a tour operating environment, and a training or teaching qualification.
Based close to Oxford, this demanding and challenging role is accompanied by a salary of £30,000 to £38,000.
