An opportunity has arisen to join a leading cruise company in their offices in Manchester. The role will involve handling inbound calls and booking cruise holidays to destinations around the world. This is a small office operating call centre hours so you will need to be able to work shifts and weekends.
Whilst experience of cruise and a CRS would be distinct advantage this is something our client is willing to train the successful applicant on. Experience of selling holidays is definitely required. The ideal candidate must also bring with them excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
The basic salary for this role ranges from £11,000 - £14,000 and you will also be eligible for an attendance bonus. The commission starts from your very first booking and in your first year it is possible to earn £21,000 although this is not capped.
