Our client is a leading award winning tour operator located in fantastic offices nestled in the Oxfordshire countryside. They have a great belief in the development of their staff and obtaining the all important work/life balance.
We are currently recruiting on their behalf for two Programme Administrators to work with their Latin America and Africa team. The role will include, but is not limited to, the following:
Collating and checking invoices
Handling brochure requests
Printing and binding dossiers
Preparing and sending off final itineraries
Scheduling meetings and keeping minutes
Running reports
Dealing with visa requests
Assisting with the preparation for events and trade shows
Candidates will need administration experience and good IT skills. The ideal candidate will already have shown a desire for the travel industry either through their education or work history. Ideally, candidates will have travelled to Latin America or Africa but this is not essential.

This exciting opportunity attracts a salary of £14,000 - £16,000.
