This leading specialist in luxury rail travel is looking for an Operations Assistant to help with the running of luxury train trips in China and Russia.
Supervising the operation of these trips both from the UK and first-hand, the successful candidate will drive the development of demanding service levels both in the train carriage and the train restaurant.
Candidates must have a service industry or logistics background and must have the experience to teach staff how to provide a high level of service to luxury customers. With English as their first language, knowledge of Mandarin is essential.
This exciting role will involve up to 6 months of the year travelling in China and Russia, the rest of the year based in South Manchester, and offers a salary up to £23,000 plus benefits.
